Your first one-hour session is complimentary and designed to explore alignment. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and whether coaching feels like the right next step for you. This session supports clarity, self-awareness, and exploration of personal goals related to lifestyle, mindset, and overall well-being.

A 3-month coaching partnership for women who are ready to intentionally explore lifestyle change, mindset patterns, and personal growth through a client-centered, strengths-based approach.

Create realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes aligned with their values

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Tiffany Launa Castro-Weston — a mindset and lifestyle coach who supports women seeking clarity, confidence, and intentional lifestyle change.
I work with women who feel they are meant for more, yet aren’t quite sure how to identify what that “more” looks like or how to move toward it in a sustainable way. My approach to coaching is client-led, non-directive, and grounded in self-awareness, reflection, and accountability.
I believe meaningful change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to become someone else — it comes from learning to trust yourself, understand your patterns, and make choices that align with your values and lived experience.
My coaching style is supportive, structured, and collaborative. Together, we explore mindset patterns, limiting beliefs, and lifestyle habits through conversation, reflection, and intentional goal-setting. You set the direction; I support the process.
I am currently completing my health and wellness coaching certification and building my first 50 coaching sessions in alignment with NBHWC standards and ethical guidelines. Coaching with me is not therapy or medical care — it is a partnership designed to support self-directed growth and sustainable lifestyle change.
Above all, I create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and judgment-free — where you can think clearly, explore honestly, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
